Most beginners will not even be able to perform one of these not to mention the 15 the workout requires.

You repeat a lot of what you twice.

The workout ends with a few nice stretches. This is probably the only slightly easy thing workout, however, these are again stretches I did back in gym class within the 80s.

This workout is 46 minutes long.

10 Minute Beginner Abs

This 10 minute workout actually starts kind of nice and easy. There are some nice and easy moves for that obliques. He even gives some tips to help out beginners. Then he gets into to what I would call advanced exercises for that lower abdominals, but there's not that many ones. He then goes in to extremely advanced lower abdominal moves. Good thing this part of the work out is 10 minutes, since many beginners wont make it through the entire thing without a whole large amount of perseverance. In fact most beginners who dont heat up really well before accomplishing this could end up hurting their back. I am so annoyed that DVD is called a beginner work out.
