Okay I love jalapenos they are my favorite spicy pepper but any hot chili peppers are good including habaneras and red pepper cayenne. If you sweat by consuming these, don't sweat it, there exists a reason, hot peppers burn calories by triggering a thermodynamic burn that lasts hours after eating and enjoying.
Bananas: For years, I heard a banana was essentially the most fattening fruit because it's very high in calories. But let's be honest, it really is plain good. Other fruits can fail you.
